ANGELA KIM

ANGELA KIM is a professional figure skater, circus artist, and founder of Balanced Skaters. She began skating at six, competing until 18, and has performed professionally since 2000. Angela has held principal roles with ITNY, Holiday on Ice, Disney on Ice, Royal Caribbean, Art on Ice, and Cirque du Soleil. In 2006, she discovered circus arts and has since trained in traditional Mongolian contortion and aerial acrobatics. She became one of the few skaters to blend circus with figure skating, pioneering a unique performance style. After performing as an inline skater and aerialist in Cirque du Soleil’s Volta, she was invited to teach for Acrobatic Arts. Seeing a gap in the skating world, Angela collaborated with Acrobatic Arts to create Balanced Skaters, bringing strength and mobility training to broader skating communities.
